A specialized CRM platform, proprietary solution configuration tools, efficient workflow processes and

Over 650 customer seats are available each year for customer training at MULTIVAC University’s
Kansas City HQ.
Two travelling trainers are dedicated to on-site, in person customer training.
Every training course participant receives a free Tablet loaded with machine specific information, job

MULTIVAC University also trains all MULTIVAC field service technicians with a rigorous 12 week

An advanced training program, “MULTIVAC Certified Technician”, is an intensive deep-dive training
program offering our customers the same training received by our technicians for those who want

Slicing and Portioning (TVI)
Two Temp Controlled Rooms
Our slicing and portioning demonstration rooms are dedicated “cold rooms” with individual temperature
controls allowing the room temperature to be adjusted as low as 34 degrees fahrenheit.
Designed and built to the same standards as a real processing facility, our processing demonstration rooms
allow full wash down and sanitization of the equipment.
Meeting Room
Our processing room meeting space can accommodate up to 12 guests and includes all the necessary tools
for today’s meetings: whiteboard, flat panel monitor, wireless internet, and viewing window of the
processing demonstration rooms.

Over 7,000 spare parts are accurately received, picked and shipped from the Auto Store.
An average of 750 unique parts ship out daily in approximately 350 customer orders.
Spare parts are shipped 7 days per week.
99% of parts orders placed prior to 4 PM with overnight shipping leave the same day the order is
placed.
Some parts are available for same day delivery depending on the part, time of the order, and
